LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American professional basketball player that plays with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. He is known as King James he is widely thought of as one of the most successful players of all time and has often been compared with Michael Jordan in debates over the best basketball player of all time. James has four NBA titles. There are four NBA MVPs. Four NBA Finals MVPs. Three All-Star MVPs. Two Olympic gold medals. James has earned the second highest number of career goals, and the seventh in assists. James has been named for the NBA All Star team 18 times. James is part of the NBA All-Stars, 18 All-NBA Teams, and Five NBA All-Defensive First Team selections. James was the third player to compete in NBA Finals. Eight of the games were in consecutive order from the year 2011 until the year 2018. James was chosen as a part of the 75th Anniversary Team. And in 2022, he became only the third NBA player ever to score more than 10,000 career points. James was a basketball player at St. Vincent St. Mary High School within his hometown from Akron Ohio and was heavily in the news media as a future NBA star. In 2003, the Cleveland Cavaliers took him first in the NBA draft as a prep-topro. Being the NBA rookie player in 2004, he established his name quickly as one the top players in the league, receiving the NBA MVP award for the years 2009 and 2010. After failing to win an NBA championship, Cleveland James left in 2010 by way of a free-agent to join Miami Heat. Miami Heat this was announced on television in the program The Decision and is among the most controversial free agent decisions throughout sports history.
