Catherine Tate measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe and bra size
Catherine Ford was born in Bloomsbury, London; her father had left the family, and so she was fostered by her mother grandparents and godparents. She suffered from an anxiety disorder that was rooted in word associations as a young toddler. Ford's love for acting grew in her early years. Ford joined at the National Youth Theatre. She got into the Sylvia Young Theatre School. After just a month, she decided that it wasn't for her. Ford made an application for admission to the Central School of Speech and Drama and was eventually offered a position on her fourth attempt. One of her classmates was Shaun Dingwall, who would play a part as Pete Tyler in Doctor Who. Ford was not able to complete her degree until 1993. In 1991, however, Ford had made her first appearance on TV in a show called Surgical Spirit. At that moment, Ford adopted the stage name Catherine Tate. Tate made appearances on television during the Nineties through shows like The Bill and Men Behaving Badly. Her regular work in theatre brought her into The Royal Shakespeare Company, for the 2000-2001 season. Tate gained recognition for her stand-up comedy and became part of her resume in the year 1996.
